Price Distributions

This table includes nearly all transactions for these particular items since early 2008. It includes units that were either fully functional, or complete with minor issues. No so-called parts units nor units missing pieces or otherwise non-functional were included.  These prices represent averages over the entire time period and therefore don't convey variations as prices rise and fall.  They also don't convey any sense of the shape of the distribution.  You can assume that the low end represents units that are in obviously worse shape yet still functioning, while the high prices are for units in exceptionally good condition, stocked with filters (in the case of receivers), or in some other way more desirable.
