Quicksteps Dance takes your privacy very seriously, and we are committed to letting you know how we use your information, and to only making responsible use of you data.

Information about you

We will collect personal information from you when you first attend one of our classes or events. This may include your name, email address, physical address and telephone number. In addition, information relating to customers under the age of 16 will include dates of birth, plus details of any relevant SEN or medical issues that parents think is important for us to know for health and safety reasons.

You can choose what information you decide to give us, and you can change your preferences at any time.

Our use of this information

Your personal information will only be used by us in the administration of the business, and to provide you with information relating to our classes or other events which we think you may be interested in.  We do not use telephone marketing or direct mail. We primarily use your contact details to let you know of any last minute changes to classes or events.

Dates of birth are required for the children for examination entries.

All information will be held securely and will not be shared with any third parties unless legally required to do so.

Security

we will take all reasonable precautions to prevent the loss or misuse of information you give us.

Information will be deleted when you cease to be a customer, unless you ask us to retain it.
