I am completing my PhD in Industrial & Organizational psychology to obtain a tenured professorial position and plenty of corporate or federal based consultancy appointments with a focus on helping persons in high public exposure positions avoid un-planned for physical assaults. Verbal assaults must be tolerated, I have found as a minority member, so as to discredit skeptics and to patiently win-over their confidence in your leadership and governing abilities. I am very interested in research combining the fields of human inter-action and rhetorical analysis, psycho-physiological measurements, pre-conscious motivation factors, self concepts of ethno-socio-cultural identity, self-esteem & team leadership. This course can inform me on changes in concepts about ethical standards and how to negotiate them while I maintain my research methodology and design style as I write my journal publication and dissertation.
With this course I'll challenge, utilizing my teaching and international work experience, developing arguments regarding ethics (a craft and profession based series of statements regarding conduct), and often contrast them to concepts of morality (a cultural based series of statements regarding conduct - hereby defining national, religious, gender, ability, ethnic, and class status and identity as cultural in nature). My ultimate goal is to challenge current concepts of what is moral or ethical to further the status of women, ethnic minorities, and the physically challenged through application of quantum psychology and interaction studies in the workplace, schools, and community at the expense of marginalizing and eliminating able-bodied men.
