When you go on a diet, and then go off that diet, the weight you lost is often gained back; Sometimes people gain even additional weight. It is important to make a lifestyle change, if you wanna keep the weight off long-term. You can eat wholesome foods you enjoy and still lose weight. If they are unhealthy foods, the quantity of the food is going to be a factor.
Diets do not work for the long-term (the kind of a diet where you at sometime go off of the diet). It is important to understand how your own body works, to be able to " work on it " so to speak; Just like a car mechanic understands how a car engine works, to be able to work on it successfully.
If you could learn how to lose weight from someone who has done it before successfully, it is better, because they have " walked the walk ". Staying " all-natural " in your diet plan is important, I believe you would not want to disrupt the natural balance in your body of how things are happening. There exist diet pills that have side effects which could harm you and harm you really bad.
