I'm a materials scientist in the Quantum Simulations Group in Materials Science Division at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. I'm passionate about using quantum mechanics and high-performance-computing to predict materials properties. Primary interests include functional materials for energy conversion and storage, materials degradation and water science.

I earned my Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at from UC Davis, and a Diploma in Condensed Matter Physics from The Abdus Salam ICTP.
