Today, in response to information and guidance from the Department of Health (DOH) and the Inter-agency Task force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease, the Customer Service Skills Training/ Seminar is cancelled.

PET continues to hold the safety, health, and well-being of our attendees, speaker, and training staff as our top priority.

More competency-based and objective-based L&D programs will be offered by PET this coming new year!
