Technological developments force us to rethink the established legal doctrines and the existing approaches to electronic security. The ACES Conference will be an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss the most recent or relevant issues focusing on cyberlaw and electronic security, understand or anticipate the new legal issues or research areas arising from the ever increasing rate of technological expansion, and explore aspects regarding jurisdiction, legal status, and harmonization of legal rules.

In an interdisciplinary approach, the Conference Program featured a remarkable array of high-level speakers from universities, research centers, international organizations, and law and IT firms, coming from several countries.
