Counting Money: All funds are to be counted and deposited by the counting teams, including Noisy offerings. (Council, January 2013)
Changed: Noisy Offerings are to be counted by Council members.
Office Keys: Provided to Pastor, Council President, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Cemetery Board President, Secretary, Custodian. (Council, February 2013)
Changed: Key also provided to Sunday School teacher.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in the church building, except for service animals. (Council, January 2013)
Purchasing Policy (Adopted 12/11/2022:
Council has been discussing the need for policy regarding large purchases. The following Major Projects Purchasing Policy was discussed:
Any Projects which cost over $1000 will require two written bids, and projects over $5000 will require 3 written bids.
Bids must be approved by the Church Council in advance of the work starting.
In an emergency situation, the Council President and the Council Secretary may conduct a vote of the Church Council via Email.
