The Learning "Dis-Order"

The idea of teaching the way people learn has always been important to me. It frustrates me that people "attend" training when it's convenient for the trainer or when the room is available. Also, why are sessions either one hour, two hours, four hours or eight hours? DO people only learn in even-hour increments?

Researchers at Harvard, MIT and Vanderbilt are studying how the order of information affects learning. The preliminary findings are that learning happens when the information is assimilated and applied.

Watch this brief video and learn more about how to solve the learning "dis-order" while also providing information and knowledge the way they want it.

Learning does not happen in a training room via PowerPoint and lecture!
