2026 Season Fees

SENIORS

Session Fee Per Event: $100
Drop-In Per Event: $35
Additional Session Event Fee: $50

JUNIORS

Session Fee Per Event: $85
Drop-In Per Event: $30
Additional Session Event Fee: $40
8 & Under: $5 per run (up to 3 runs)

💵 Please bring exact payment — cash or check only.

Additional Session Information

Pay an additional session fee to participate in all four nights of an additional event.
Riders participating in multiple events may pay up to three total session fees to ride all 3 nights/events.
An additional session fee may also be paid to double your runs in an event.
Example: 6 Ranch Sorting runs instead of 3.

𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 2026 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩?

The first herd arrives mid-May.

Session #1 (Herd #1) begins Monday, May 18th and runs for four weeks.

Please note: cattle sessions do not follow calendar months — they follow herd rotations.

Yes. All cattle events are members only.

Click “Join Now”, submit your application before the next Board Meeting, and attend the General Meeting to be voted in.

Junior Members

Junior riders should visit the PJRC page for membership information.

You may also join at an event by paying the full non-refundable membership fee and becoming a provisional member for that evening. You will still need to attend a General Meeting to finalize membership approval.

More experienced riders are always available to offer advice and help new riders get started. Don’t hesitate to ask questions.

For Ranch Sorting & Penning, many advanced riders are happy to partner with newer participants.

Absolutely! All disciplines and breeds of horses are welcome.

Gates open at 5:00 PM
Activities begin at 6:00 PM

No. Once you choose the Drop-In Rate, you cannot retroactively switch to a Session Fee.

Food will be available for purchase on Wednesday nights (hot dog cart!)
Fridays with roping often have food available as well
