Senior Economist, Manager, Amazon, Seattle, WA. 6 years.

Helped in creating short and long-term financial goals for Prime’s Video, Music and Gaming teams.

Produced marketing optimization models for Prime Video to help allocate $1B in spend across titles and media.

Measured and published the downstream financial impact of creating awareness through brand marketing to inform marketing of tentpole titles.

Evaluated the impact of remote work on Amazon employees’ attrition, promotion and satisfaction. Measured innovation and collaboration across teams and job families at Amazon (3 joint papers with Nobel Laureate, David Card).

Led the science of nudging managers through a talent management tool improving experiences of 500K corporate employees.
