About the Author

Ayman Nassar is technical project manager, systems engineer, leadership coach and mentor. He brings years of experience in project management, technology marketing, career counseling, mentoring and coaching.

Ayman has hands-on experience from dozens of projects worth more than $140 million in diverse domains such as telecom, IT, networking, data centers, software development, non-profit organizations, higher education and technology development.

During his career he worked for fortune 1000 businesses such as Ericsson, IBM, HP, Northrop Grumman and Fujitsu. He also offers mentoring and coaching in career development, job hunting & youth counseling. Ayman has been a professional mentor at IBM, PGCC's ALANA program, MENTOR*net, Big Brother Big Sister and Taqwa Transitions.

He is an adjunct project management instructor at Prince George’s Community College, founder and instructor at Islamic Leadership Institute of America, holds graduate degrees in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering and Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and Cairo University respectively, and is certified in project management, systems engineering, IT architecture, wireless communications and six sigma.
