Application Forms

A separate rental application is required for EVERY person over the age of 18 intending to occupy the property, even if they will not be responsible for paying rent. All responsible applicants must pay a non-refundable application fee of $30 per application via cash or Zelle/Venmo/PayPal to posongllc@gmail.com for review of credit, eviction, and criminal reports, income and employment verification, rental history, and other pertinent data necessary for the approval of the application.  

Simply download and print the rental application form below. Then email the completed application along with all supporting documents to posongllc@gmail.com. After receiving the completed application and application fee, a member of our leasing staff will be in touch with you soon.
