2 3/4 Slices of stale italian bread
(if you have no ot
her choice, white bread can be used)2lbs of meat mix (Beef, Pork, Veal). Equal parts is best but meatloaf mix is ok
1 cup of Milk
1 Egg
3/4 Locatelli cheese
1 Tbs Salt
1 Tsp Pepper1 Tsp Parsley (chopped)
Dash of Oregano
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, you can also fry the meatballs in a little bit of olive oil
Put stale italian bread in a bowl, pour milk over the bread. Soak for about 10 minutes, until the out crust easily peels off
Place all ingredients into a food processor
Mix until all ingredients combine (about 1 minute)
Take enough of the mixture to roll into a golf ball size ball
Place meatball on an ungreased cookie sheet
Continue until all of the mixture has been used
Cook for about 15 minutes
Makes about 2 dozen meatballs
