Some Reminders for a Well Maintained Yard/Property
The Evergreen POA considers the community standards of a “well maintained” yard/property to be:
*Routinely mowed (once per week in the heavy growing season)
*Sidewalks and driveways routinely edged
*Weeds in yard kept under control
*Weeds removed from flower beds
*Grass and weeds in cracks in the sidewalks and driveways removed or killed by herbicide
*Shrubbery neatly trimmed
*Any part of the driveway visible from the street free from clutter (unwanted newspapers, etc.)
*Dead grass and shrubbery removed and/or replaced
*Mailboxes kept clean and free of rust (all mailboxes to be white post with white mailbox)
*Trash cans not left at curb after trash pickup and stored out of sight
Failure to comply with any or all the above community standards could result in a Covenants Violation Notice. Repeated offenses could result in a fine.
