Judo, Qi Gong and Aikido

I am a passionate practioner and scholar of Judo and Dayan Qi Gong. I also practiced a few years in Aikido.

Currently, I am practicing Judo under the guidance of Gregorio Magnanti sensei and Massimiliano Testa sensei,  "Judo Agonistic team 1987", formerly "Talenti Sporting Club".

I started Judo under the guidance of Spaziani sensei.

For a while (8 years) I also practiced Aikido, guided by Alessandro Pappa Sensei. I had the possibility of attending stages of Hirosawa sensei, Matsuoka sensei and Stefano Mazzilli sensei

I also suggest, as a good complement to Judo practice, the practice of Dayan Qi Gong. I learned it in the formulation of the Beijing Qi Gong master Yang Meijun.

The "Kodokan Judo" book, edited under the supervision of the Kodokan Editorial Committe, is surely a good refernce, catching part of the original  teaching of the founder: Jogoro Kano. However,  the events following the end of the second world war, destructed a great part of the original Jogoro Kano's documents.

For this reason,  Kyuzo Mifune, Kodokan 10th Dan is, in my humble opinion the most comprehensive available source about the original formulation of the infinite body of Judo techniques, Judo psicology and personal growth path. His book,"The Canon od Judo" and his old videos are still a source of refreshing inspiration.
