Step 2 Step Lite Mechanics Free - This is the free version of the Step 2 Step - Mechanics app
PhET Simulations - Many online apps that can be used in Java. They are converting the sims over to HTML5 which is android, apple, and chromebook compatible.
PASCO Sparkvue - App for Chromebook and Androids for all PASCO sensors

Mechanics of Motion by BYU - Interactive App involving Projectile Motion, Terminal Velocity, Friction, Angular Momentum,& acceleration.
Free Graphing Calculator - Excellent for the price & has references and subroutines at the bottom.
Falstad Math, Physics, and Engineering Applets - These are some educational java applets written to help visualize various concepts in math, physics, and engineering. You should be able to view them with any Java-capable browser.
DataAnalysis - Excellent graphing app.
Biomech - Mechanics of Motion Free - Interactive Biomechanical Applications and demonstrations
Astronomy Simulators - Flash Based Computer simulations for astronomy related topics, but some could be used in physics too.
