- Fees for tuition (agreed in advance and including any agency commission additional to my normal rates) are payable weekly directly to me in cash, by cheque or by direct bank transfer.
- I require a deposit of one lesson's tuition fees to secure your booking.
- My rates for simultaneous tuition of 2 or more students are the individual rate plus 10% for siblings or plus 25% for other students (cousins/ friends etc.).
- If I travel to you to deliver tuition then I will charge for my travel time and expenses.
- Scheduled tutorials will always take place on the day and time and venue specified in the letter / email that accompanies these terms and conditions, unless a tutorial is rearranged for a time that is mutually convenient to both tutor and student. Lessons will continue until a mutually agreed termination date.
- Lessons cancelled (without good cause) with less than 48 hours' notice will be billed to the client at a rate of no more than 1 hour of instruction.
- Although I work within the school curriculum, I do not do homework / coursework that is meant to be the student's own work.
- I strive to provide the best possible service. However, I will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the student/client. Although I will do everything in my power to help grades and skill sets improve, I can offer no guarantee thereto.
- I am not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of use of my tutoring service, or any errors or omissions in the content of my materials. You, the client, specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service.
- All materials I create in-house are copyright. You agree that you will not publish or distribute any portion of any materials without prior written permission from me.
