Jeffrey, born and raised in Reidsville, is married to Brandi Smith Barnard. God has blessed them with a son, Mason, and a daughter, Olivia. Jeffrey started in ministry by studying God's Word and obtaining a closer walk with the Lord. A sinner saved by grace proved fruitful as Jeffrey began ministering through local nursing facilities in 2012. Not long after, Jeffrey felt a calling to become involved with the Youth Ministry of Pine Grove Baptist Church of Reidsville (PGBC). Serving as Youth Pastor fueled a passion to reach the youth of the local community by sharing God's Grace with all he encounters. Jeffrey's obedience led to his ordination; at upon which time he started his role as Missionary Pastor/Evangelist for PGBC. From 2015 - 2017, Jeffrey was blessed to serve several churches in the capacity of Interim Pastor. In February 2018, Jeffrey felt the call to come back to PGBC, where he now serves as Lead Pastor.

Brother Randy & his wife Tina of 23 years live in Reidsville, Georgia. He has been a member of PGBC since 2015, and he has served as deacon since 2017. They have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Brother Randy served in the U.S. Army for 12 years. He is the administrator of the church's youth ministry Facebook page, Understanding Salvation.

Brother Johnny & his wife Vickie live in Reidsville, Georgia. They have 3 children, Michelle, Bubba, & Carrie Beth, and 7 grandchildren. Carrie Beth & her family also attend church at PGBC. Brother Johnny is also the Sunday School superintendent.

Brother Ken & his wife Brenda live in Reidsville, Georgia. They have 2 children, Jim Richardson and Dr. Kibbie Ringer, both of Reidsville. They also have 3 grandchildren. Brother Ken teaches the Adult Sunday School class and is the substitute teacher for Disciple's Path on Wednesday nights.

Brother Curtis lives in Reidsville, Georgia. He has been a member of PGBC since 2012. As Communications Director, he is responsible for all internal and external communications of the church. He creates the weekly church bulletin, updates the church calendar, operates the church website & Facebook/Instagram pages, checks the church email, & assists the pastor on any special technology assignments.

Sister Joyce lives in Reidsville, Georgia. She has been a member of PGBC for almost 20 years and has served as secretary since 2009. She, along with Sister Carolyn Walsh, also cleans the church each week. Her love for the church is evident in everything she does at PGBC!

Sister Polly & her husband Enoch live in Reidsville, Georgia. She has served as Worship Leader for many years. They have 3 sons, Don (Nancy), Mark, & Eric (Tracy), 2 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. It would be hard to find someone more faithful than Sister Polly. Her warm smile and welcoming personality is a staple of PGBC.
