The PTO is making holiday shopping easier by offering gift cards from over 100 stores and restaurants!
Your cost remains the same as if you bought them at a store, but the PTO earns 3-16% of each gift card purchased and we do all of the work! Proceeds from the sale will support PTO activities, including field trips and assemblies.
Please note that because of the cash value of the cards, orders will not be sent home with students. Each seller will be responsible for picking up all of the gift cards he/she has sold and distributing them to their customers.
Directions:
1. Look over the Order Form. This is a complete list of all gift cards being offered.
2. Fill out the Seller’s Record with your selections. Share with family and friends and have them fill out their selections on the Seller’s Record as well. Collect payment at this time. Checks should be made out to PGAEL PTO.
3. When your student is finished selling, list the total number of each gift card your student has sold on the Order Form.
4. Submit only the Order Form and payment for all cards to the PGAES office by the due date. Retain the Seller’s Record for yourself!
5. Pick up all cards during Parent Teacher Conferences.
6. Distribute the cards to the customers as listed on the Seller’s Record.
