How to be performant ? There are many ways to know if we are performant or not and how to improve our performance. But very few resources or tools exist. Books have been written about performance. But very few have shown how to achieve it..

The method presented in this site offers a four-step process: 1) Identify activities to be performant, 2) Evaluate performance on a scale ( 0 to 10 ) of each activity; 3) Sort activities by ascending or descending order to know strengths and weaknesses 4) Identify actions to improve performance.
