The Pensacola Branch of ASCE will be hosting the 2016 Engineering Encounters Bridge Design Contest on Saturday, April 30th at 8:00 AM at the Pensacola MESS Hall (116 N. Tarragona St, Pensacola, FL 32502). The contest is open to students in Grades 6 - 12.
Registration - Students must register online by April 27th at: www.jotform.com/60767001464957
Registration is limited to the first 15 teams/individuals, so register now! A team may consist of up to two students. If registration is full, email Lara.Greene@pensacolamesshall.org to be placed on an alternates list.
Download - The software can be downloaded for free to practice at: www.bridgecontest.org
Prizes - The top three winners in each category will receive cash prizes and first place will also get to compete at the State Competition on July 15, 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida.
