Brief comments about the health-promoting aspects of sound and music are also included, to prompt discussion and support exploration into making home-made musical medicine! The songs also encourage active participation, which makes them useful in schools, community groups and health-care settings .
These songs were first written to support a mixed group of young adults who were exploring ways to integrate sound therapy with social music-making. These are the original recordings of them trying the songs.
