Our research focuses on computational genomics. We use statistical and machine learning methods on heterogenous multi-omics data, to improve the prevention and treatment of cancer and other diseases.

I obtained my Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2018, and pursued postdoctoral training in Biomedical Sciences at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I received the NIH K99/R00 Pathway to Independence Award and was recognized as a Rising Star in EECS in 2019.
