Appointment policy

Appointments are scheduled exclusively for you. This means that slots are not overbooked to cover for cancellations. Any appointment not canceled with a minimum notice of 24 hours will be charged in full. Most insurance companies do not pay for missed appointments. You would be responsible for the full charge.  Please be aware that, only with rare exceptions, I run within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.  Please plan your arrival accordingly.  If circumstances prevent you from being on time, please understand that I must follow my regular schedule in order to be on time for other patient’s appointments.
