Upon the completion of the course, the students are expected to have basic understanding of the natures, functions, and types of business correspondence. They should be able to produce various types of business correspondence.

A. COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course deals with fundamental aspects of linguistics. It covers major branches of linguistics such as semantics and psycholinguistics.

At the end of the course, the students are expected to be able to:
understand the concepts of language and primary issues in linguistics
apply the knowledge and theories in teaching English
use the knowledge to analyze the linguistic aspects
