Laura Danelli

I am a Psychologist (MSc) with a background in Neuropsychology, but also a Psychotherapist with a background in neo-ericksonian hypnosis, and a Cognitive Neuroscientist (PhD).

My research interest is the cognitive development. In particular, I am interested in investigating the neural correlates, using fMRI tecnique, of reading, language and verbal memory in adults with typical development and in patients with either developmental deficits or acquired brain lesion.

Moreover, I am interested in investigating the effect of behavioural training, such as music education, on cognitive, psychological and affective development.

I published 11 peer-reviewed papers, including four as first author. My h-index is 7, and the total number of citations of my work is 251. Source: Google Scholar. Last updated 17th May 2017.
