My research focuses on understanding how to scale up and accelerate science and innovation. I work at the University of Bristol as Associate Professor in Economics. Prior to coming to Bristol, I worked at the University of Bath and at CERGE-EI in Prague. I spent three years in Boston as postdoctoral fellow at MIT Sloan, Harvard, and the NBER.
