Case list History:

Case 1: 37 weeks gestation infant with intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). Mother is 35 years old with history of ulcerative colitis under treatment.

Case 2: 36-year-old G4P1 at 18 weeks gestation diagnosed on ultrasound with fetal demise. There is a previous history of fetal loss at 16 weeks and a spontaneous abortion at 9 week.

Case 3: 36.4 weeks gestation, infant with IUGR and non-reassuring fetal heart rate.

Case 4: 11 year old girl with a 6 month history of anemia down to a hemoglobin of 6.9.

Case 5: 6 year old boy with obstructive uropathy s/p living related donor renal transplant, recurrent UTIs, who has had 3 months of diarrhea.

Case 6: 13 year old girl with history of diarrhea and abdominal pain for several months.

Case 7: 17 year oldfemale who developed left-sided neck swelling. MR neck showed diffusely infiltrating mass in the left neck musculature.

Case 8: 12 year old female with no significant past medical history developed sharp chest pain. Chest X ray showed widened mediastinum and left sided pleural effusion.

Case 9:2 y and 6 m. old male presented with intermittent abdominal pain, which worsened and was associated with emesis and decreased activity level and minimal oral intake. Abdominal CT showed large, lobulated, heterogeneous solid mass arising from the right kidney.

Case 10: 13 y old boy developed abdominal pain then localized to the RUQ. He then developed fever and was referred to the ED due to concern for appendicitis. Abdominal US revealed a large, midline abdominal mass that on MRI appeared torsed upon itself and suspicious for a mesenteric tumor.
