Directed the revival of the History major at Bellevue University to serve the Secondary Education Teaching Endorsements in History and Social Sciences.
Designed and maintained 32 course masters in Blackboard in three different degree programs.
Directed assessment efforts during re-accreditation by the Higher Learning Commission, helping move assessment at Bellevue University from "an issue of concern for re-accreditation" in preliminary report to commendation in final report.
Transitioned multiple courses, both undergraduate and graduate, to online delivery in formats friendly for delivery by adjunct professors.
Facilitated establishment of partnership between Skutt Catholic High School and University of Nebraska Omaha for dual enrollment and then taught the first classes in that partnership, a program which continues over 18 years later.

Created and designed new history course in popular American cultural history for General Education credit for new students entering college with academically-challenged backgrounds.
