We do warm-ups and stretches. We teach or reinforce how to kick, trap, pass, throw in and goal keep. We do a variety of skills and drills and modified games. The sessions are 90 minutes.
Cleats and shin guards are optional but preferred. Sneakers with good treads are adequate.
