PASCACK VALLEY NAVIGATORS & VOYAGERS

 Greetings! 

Navigators and Voyagers Track will begin Sunday April 12th 1 - 2:30PM.

The track sessions are Sunday’s from 1-2:30PM at the Pascack Valley High School Track, 200 Piermont Ave. Hillsdale.

Tentatively dates: 4/12, 4/19, 4/26, 5/3, 5/17, 5/31, 6/7, and 6/14.

The sessions usually include low hurdle, shot put, turbo jab, discus, and long jump stations. We will also do a relay race and a lap at the beginning and the end of the sessions. 

If we are short mentors, we may ask for some assistance from the parents. 

Bring water in a canteen, sneakers with good tread, sunscreen and perhaps a cap. Shirts will arrive next week.

Modified Soccer, Basketball, and Track

for people with disabilities.

The Navigator and Voyager League offers people with disabilities

the opportunities to experience recreational sports. 

The program is open to Pascack Valley area residents.

HOW IT ALL STARTED:

The league was started in 2009 by Chris McKenna as an Eagle Scout project. 

Soccer was added the following fall. Basketball started in 2011, track in 2012 and Drumming in 2014.
