WCAG organizes their guidelines under these four principles (the acronym is POUR):
Perceivability - content must be made perceivable, or noticeable, to a student's sense
Operability - content must be able to be navigated by all students
Understability - content and operations must be able to be understood by the students who need to understand both the content of the course and how to do the work of the course
Robustness - the content must be accessible by different devices user's may employ
