Pär Österholm's research

Welcome to my personal homepage. I am a professor of economics at Örebro University and a principal economist at the New South Wales Treasury. Most of my research is conducted within the field of applied macroeconomics.

Prior to joining Örebro University, I was division head for the Division of GDP Analysis at the National Institute of Economic Research. Between 2019 and 2022, I was a council member of the Swedish Fiscal Policy Council.
