Parma Public Library is available to help with all of your technology needs! Whether you need to scan and print, or you want help learning how to use your new smartphone, we are here for you. See below for a list of our available technology services.

Printing, Scanning, Faxing

Our friendly clerks at the checkout desk are always happy to help you with all of your printing, scanning, and faxing needs!

Printing/Copying - You can send a document or photo to our printer via the public computers, or simply bring them to us on a flash drive and we can print them for you! Prints are $0.25 a page whether you are printing in color or black and white.

Scanning - We can scan documents of all shapes and sizes and save them for you on a flash drive or send them to your email. There is no cost for this service.

Faxing - We can fax documents both locally, long distance, and internationally! Simply bring your documents to the circulation desk to be provided with a free cover sheet. Prices vary and are included below:

Local
$1.50 per fax for up to 5 pages
$0.25 for each additional page

Long Distance
$3.00 per fax for up to 5 pages
$0.25 for each additional page

International
$3.00 for the FIRST page
$1.00 for each additional page

Public Computers

Parma Public Library has 6 public computers available for patron use. It is not necessary to have a library card to use these terminals! We can provide you with a guest pass for your use. Each PC is equipped with:

Internet Access
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher)
Printing
Multiple Web Browsers - Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Google Chrome
Privacy - Terminals do not save your information, documents, or photos

Tech Tutor

We are pleased to be able to offer drop-in hours where you can get one-on-one assistance with a variety of technologies and programs! As long as you can bring the technology to the library or it's something we can access on one of our computers, we are happy to help. Below are some examples of what we can help with. The possibilities are endless! Stop by our walk-in help clinic on the third Tuesday of each month from 1-3pm.
