Public Space Reservations

The Parma Public Library has two spaces that are bookable for public use: our meeting room, and our large front display window. Below, you can find the usage policies for these spaces, and apply to use them for your organization!

Meeting Room

The Parma Public Library's meeting room may be used by non-profit, civic, cultural or educational groups. To submit an application to request the use of our meeting room, please read the Meeting Room Policy first.

We ask that you submit a reservation at least one week prior to your requested date. If you need a reservation sooner please call the Parma Library at 585-392-8350 during regular business hours. This is a request form only, not a guarantee. A library staff member will follow up with you to confirm your request if it is approved.

Display Window

The Library's display window is made available to the public to fulfill our role as a source of community information. Before you submit an application to use the display window, please read the Library Window, Bulletin Board, and Pamplet Display policy first.

This is a very in-demand space, and is often booked months in advance. While we will do our best to work with you to accommodate your desired booking, but we recommend a great deal of flexibility with new requests.  A library staff member will follow up with you to discuss scheduling in further detail, and schedule a time for your organization to set up/take down window display.
