Greetings and Congratulations to your player for making the 2026 PHVB Team. In the "Made" team packet, there was a QR code to fill out needed information. That information is also listed  below if it is easier. Below you will also find the information that was given in the packet that was also provided to your player. 

Letter to Player and Families:

Congratulations! You have filled and earned a position on the 2026 Park Hill Volleyball Team.  This packet gives you early season details that you will need to know and information that needs to be handled while participating on the team.

#1       Participation fees- each student-athlete that participates in a sport will be charge a “participation fee”. This will be paid online through Infinite Campus. It should appear in September/October. Please talk to Coach Hood if you have questions.

#2       The families/players are responsible for buying black spandex. The number of spandex you choose to buy is up to you. Athletes will play games in spandex and not leggings. If finances are an issue, please contact Coach Hood.

#3       Our team fundraisers are selling PHVB Apparel and a *Serve-A-Thon. Please visit the Parent Resources tab on the PHVB Website to order clothes online. The Serve-A-Thon will be done on Friday, August 14th. See info sheet and start getting your pledges!

#4       August 13th Sway testing will be for anyone new to PH, Freshman, and Juniors hosted at PH. Report time is 2:30p

#5       August 14th: Team Pictures will be at 2:00. The Serve-A-Thon will follow with practice

#6       We have parent representative for each team. These reps work closely with the coaching staff to make sure meals are to the buses, communication to parents about event details are known, senior night gifts, end of season banquet, to name a few. If you have any interest in this role, please contact Coach Hood. To help pay for these types of events mentioned to make them memorable for your daughters, we will be asking each family to pay $90 to make this possible. This will all be presented to you at Meet the Team on August 19th . This is different than the participation fee. Please visit the PHVB website and go to PARENT RESOURCES to fill out the Player Info Sheet no later than 8/17.

#7       On the PARENT RESOURCES tab on the website, you need to fill out a waiver for your child if under 18 yrs old.
