If you are not in the Rochester or Pinckney MI area, I offer Video Conferencing Personal Training.

Each session is individually tailored to each client's individual needs/wants are.

You can train with me from anywhere in the world via your computer!

For all of those who can't make it to a gym or are always on the go, my personal training sessions are now offered via SKYPE!

You get the same personal one on one attention, from the comfort of your own home, hotel room!

Now not being able to get to a gym or session can still mean staying in shape! SKYPE is free to download and free to use!

Virtual Training Set Up Tips

• Keep laptops plugged in, or ensure power saving battery mode is disabled

• Use wired internet connection over WiFi connection is possible
