Pam Iuppa Personal Training

Serving the Greater Rochester Area in person and the World virtually

BIO: I am a professional  fitness trainer with over 20 years of experience serving individuals of all levels of conditioning and ability.  My passion is developing the athlete that resides in all of us.  I strive to enable people to do things they never thought possible or regain the ability lost by aging, disease and injury, regardless of time. Together we can find the activities and routines that match the goals of each person, helping everyone to enjoy the rewards of excellent health.

STRENGTHS: I am committed to taking goals and making a specific plan to reach them.  Listening carefully to histories, wishes, past experiences, time constraints and injuries, I work with each individual to develop a plan that WILL be successful.

My client base ranges from beginners with no experience to elite athletes preparing for competitions and events.  I have also been privileged to work with individuals and their therapists to help them combat the effects of strokes, traumatic brain injuries, MS, cerebral palsy, lupus, cancer, diabetes, pre- and post-knee/ hip/shoulder replacement and many more conditions.

My strengths lie in discovering what can be done rather than what cannot.

OBJECTIVES: To work with clients and their health care professionals. My goal is to lead people to fitness endeavors that they find rewarding, manageable and drives them to reach their own personal best.

I am capable of working in any environment, with minimal equipment or a full service gym – even via internet.  I travel with all that is necessary for a full workout experience at your location or if you prefer you can train in my studio.
