Neighbors Helping Neighbors

The Community Resources Directory, Neighbors Helping Neighbors, contains information about many services available to seniors at little or no cost, including food resources, health services and support groups, home repair and maintenance, appliance repair and replacement, and transportation, and much more.  It also contains emergency numbers, including help lines for issues such as depression, elder abuse and suicide prevention.

The Directory will be of particular interest to residents on limited incomes and/or who are getting on in years, which is most of us.

The Directory is made available by your PEERA Board.  Copies of the Directory may be borrowed from the Office or purchased from there for $6.  The Directory may also be accessed online at http://tinyurl.com/PalomarNHN
