“Still Life” is a play in which two lonely people form an unlikely friendship. Keith, painted silver as a “living statue”, is bored and is regretting having agreed to take the job. When he sees Jenny, in her strange clothes, clutching a carrier bag, he seizes the opportunity to have some fun.
But he is horrified when he discovers that the carrier bag contains a baby, that Jenny’s past is darker than he could imagine, and that she has committed a terrible crime.
“Still Life” was described by Ian Sarginson as “a beautifully crafted piece of theatre” and has been published by Lazybee Scripts.
