Presentation Information

REVISED INFORMATION (2/9/23)

ORAL PRESENTATION FORMAT

Regular presentation 25 minutes  (estimate 20 minute presentation with the remainder for questions)

For optimal projection and audience viewing:

1. Use the aspect ratio of 16:9 to provide optimal viewing.

a. If using powerpoint go to “VIEW”, “SLIDE SIZE”, “WIDESCREEN 16:9”

2. Presentations should be named as follows:  lastname_first initial_Paclim_2023

a.  We suggest providing both PPT and PDF format in case of projection difficulties.

b.  The onsite computer will be a Macbook Pro laptop.

3. Please have your presentations ready at time of on-site registration.

POSTER PRESENTATION INFORMATION

Posters should conform to the following dimensions. 

Width: 45 inches max. (You will be sharing your poster board with another poster, please be a good neighbor!)

Height: 45 inches (this is the length of the poster board back).  You may choose to go longer (colloquially known as the Zimmerman size) the space between the poster board and ground level is an additional 35").  Total length possible 80".

Posters can be secured by Velcro or push pins.
