Refund are not allowed to be conducted, unless there is a proper reason for the refund. If you have purchased membership, it will be considered scamming to conduct a refund after receiving the files from our Devs. If you would like a refund BEFORE receiving the files, please email us with the reason for refund so that we can provide you the appropriate refund.
By conducting a refund on your purchase to Paypal after receiving the files from us, and before even contacting us about the refund, we will take it as an act of scamming.

About Membership Cancellation:
Membership cancellation means that you have canceled your membership with Oxidate BHBot and no longer want anything to do with Oxidate BHBot. If you think that this cancellation is temporary, please provide us with an email properly and appropriately explaining why you're going to cancel the membership beforehand. Otherwise we will take it as an Official Membership Cancellation to Oxidate BHBot.
By conducting a cancellation to Paypal after receiving the files from us, and not contacting us with a reason, we will take it as an Official Membership Cancellation.
