How does it work?

Oxidate BHBot is a program that automates different aspects of the game Bit Heroes. It is a non intrusive program that works by opening up a Chrome window and controls it as a normal user would. The Bot is an image searching bot, which detects images from taking screenshots of the Chrome window and then simulates mouse click on a specific point.

I bought membership, what now?

Once you've bought membership, you should send an email to our support team for further assistance, they will ask you a few simple questions which will be given to our developing team so that they could send you the appropriate bot files for your character. (They must compile the bot files and then the support team will send you a download link for your bot however this process may take around 12-24 hrs).

How do I use it?

1. Game language must be set to ENGLISH!
2. You will need Java runtime installed on your system in order for the bot to run.
3. Run the Oxidate Launcher program and adjust to your needs.
4. Before actually running the bot, you need to do the First Time Setup. This is required to allow the bot to work properly. The absolute main thing that should be turned off is the in-game Notifications and Ads (bot does not support Ads atm), other settings such as disabling Animation will speed up the bot's working process.
5. As described in the previous step, you should turn off notifications in the game's settings, since that obscures the energy and PvP ticket bars and may interfere with with energy/tickets detection routine.
6. When you first run the bot, a 'chrome_profile' folder will be created by the chrome driver, where your chrome profile will be saved (cookies, etc.). You SHOULD NOT TOUCH that folder ever.
7. After setting up your bot for the first time, just:

• Run the Oxidate Launcher.
• Adjust the Launcher (Fill out the launcher with desired functions).
• Click on "Load Settings..." (This loads the settings of the bot functions, so the bot knows what you want it to do).
• Run the "chromedriver.exe" program found within the folder, and then run "Oxidate.exe" to run the bot.
• After using the bot make sure to click "Create CloseBHBot.bat" and run it so the bot closes properly. Then delete the CloseBHBot.bat file.

I think it got stuck?

If you come back to your game and it has disconnected, no need to fear, the bot will automatically restart after a certain time period. If you login from somewhere else, the bot will stop and pause for 1 hour. If it gets stuck on an error, it will instantly restart the bot, as long as you Load Settings with your login info, the bot will automatically login for you if needed and resume where it left off.

Am I allowed to play with the Chrome Window while the bot is running?

No you can't, why? This is because while bot is running, any interference with the Chrome Window that the bot has open via chrome driver, (opening menus and clicking around) may confuse the bot and it could fail to do its tasks (which could lead to crashing it). The Bot clicks on certain points on the Chrome Window and after clicking it expects a certain pop up, and if they don't see the pop up(due to user interactions), then it will fail to function properly (however it will detect this as an error and will auto-restart). In general, the bot always restarts when it detects some kind of an error or when nothing happens in 30 minutes (time-out detection). When this happens, it will restart the Chrome driver and itself as well. This ensures that the bot will run uninterrupted for weeks without user interaction (tested and it works).

You advertised that I could do other stuff in the background but the bot keeps popping up?

The method to solving this is to make sure the "Hide Google Chrome Windows when bot starts" is turned on before loading the bot settings. If the Chrome Windows is hidden, the bot won't be popping up and interfering with whatever you are doing in the background.
