In the last year, the OT-Europe interest group in displaced persons reviewed literature, practice examples and conducted interviews with OT's working with displaced persons in Europe. The results of this work were presented at the ENOTHE conference in Estoril, Portugal and can be found below. The documents included are: 1) A report on current practice examples of occupational therapy with displaced persons and implications for the future 2) A call-to-action for occupational therapy practice, research and education in order to further develop the role of occupational therapy in this field, and 3) A template position paper which can be used by professional organizations in European countries to draft their own position statement on this topic area.
