The emergency septic pipe repair has been completed. During the snowstorm, some homeowners noticed their bathrooms backing up. We notified our septic company, and Jimmy’s Drain & Sewer Service came out to unclog our pipes. In doing so, they discovered a backup caused by the pipes settling over the years and not flowing into the tank correctly.

The total cost for this repair was $12,276.25. The work included replacing all main lines leading into the septic tank and installing a new filter system.

Mr. Steve from Unit 6 generously replaced our HOA entrance sign. If you see Mr. Steve out and about, please thank him for his time and effort in making our entrance sign look beautiful again.

The HOA is currently working on scheduling the resealing of our parking lot. More information regarding potential dates and times will be shared soon.
