The "Burns Interagency Fire Zone" operates 4 fire stations - Burns, Frenchglenn, Allison Guard Station on Emigrant RD, and Crow Flat Guard Station - 9 lookouts also - apparently it is a cooperative effort of the USFS, BLM, and FWS.
