The objective of the research program “Globalization and Workforce compositioN” (GloWorN) is to provide empirical evidence and theoretical insights on the effect of globalization shocks on the workforce composition firms and local labor markets; with the aim of understanding how globalization shocks can affect the welfare of workers.
The project is financed by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR) - JCJC grant (151k€) for the period 2022-2025.
