Jim had a 30-year career at DeAnza college in Cupertino, where he retired as Dean of Library Services in 2006. He was an active volunteer at the San Francisco SPCA and at the San Francisco Opera House as an usher. He loved traveling, and went on many cruises with his brother and sister-in-law.
He is survived by his older brother, Charles. Jim's cremated remains will be interred at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in Orange, CA, alongside his Mother's and Father's remains.
