Executive functioning coaching is a practical, collaborative process that helps you improve the skills that make daily life and work run smoothly — planning, organization, task initiation, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through.
My practice is centered on adults, professionals and academics, who want more clarity, structure, and consistency in their work and life.
I also work with high school and college students, and I welcome families who need support as adolescents build independence and executive functioning skills.
Yes — both.
I offer in-person coaching in my office and virtual coaching for clients across the country. Many adults prefer virtual sessions for convenience and flexibility.
Coaching and therapy can complement each other, but they serve different purposes:
Therapy helps you process emotions, heal past experiences, and manage mental health conditions.
Coaching focuses on practical, forward-facing skills: planning, routines, productivity, accountability, academic/work progress, and daily functioning.
Many of my adult clients work with a therapist while also receiving coaching — the combination is often powerful and effective.
As a coach, I am 100% on YOUR side and focused on YOUR goals.
For academics, imagine your coach as being the most benevolent, most supportive advisor you could hope for. Unlike real-world advisors, when we meet, you'll have my full attention & I'll never put extra work on your plate unless you agree that work will move you towards your own goals.
For high school and college students, a good tutor does focus somewhat on transferable study skills. But their primary focus is the specific learning objectives and grades of a subject area. A tutor should also be an expert in the subject area being tutored. As a coach, I see the client as a whole person, and view the skills learned in school as stepping stones to a successful future. In other words, algebra is important, but goal setting and study skills can pave the way to success in algebra AND whatever comes next. Sometimes both a coach and a tutor can work together with you or your student as a team, however, most families find that there are ample resources available through the school and community once you know what's needed and how to ask for it. In fact, one of the goals of coaching is to teach the client how to effectively use their available resources and supports.
Absolutely. Many adults seek coaching because they feel overwhelmed, behind, or stuck.
You don’t need to “get organized first.”
You don’t need to have a plan.
You don’t need to feel motivated.
Showing up is all you need.
We’ll figure out the rest together.
Each session is tailored to your needs, but usually includes:
A brief check-in
Review of progress and challenges
Collaborative problem-solving
Planning and prioritizing
Concrete action steps for the week
Optional tools, templates, and systems
Sessions are productive, supportive, and grounded in compassion.

Yes. I work with motivated adolescents and families who want help with:
Study skills
Homework completion
Organization and planning
Emotional regulation
Reducing conflict around schoolwork
Preparing for college or adulthood
Parents are welcome to ask questions, receive updates, or participate as they wish.
I also work with parents one-on-one to help with parenting challenges related to raising a child with executive functioning challenges.
It depends on your goals. Some clients work with me for a few months to build systems and routines; others continue longer while navigating complex work, academic demands, or life transitions.
Most clients find that we can reduce the frequency of appointments over time as habits strengthen and overwhelm decreases.
Rates vary depending on whether you choose weekly coaching or the 360° Coaching Program. I’m happy to discuss options and help you determine the best fit for your needs. You can find more information about 1:1 coaching rates here.
